Cincinnati median home prices rose by 9.7% in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Cincinnati rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 405 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 9.7% increase over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 434 homes sold in Cincinnati in October 2020.
