On Nov. 1, CV Properties Solutions LLC sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 4006 Whetsel Ave., Cincinnati to James Hugh Stewart Jr. for $345,000.

This home last sold on Feb. 16, 2021 for $100,000.

So far in November 2021, 312 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Larry J Metz, 93, was the only registered voter residing at 4006 Whetsel Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
