The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 1042 Regina Ave., Cincinnati was sold on Nov. 24 by Two H Properties LLC for $85,000. The buyers were Kyle W. and Melissa J Vath.

So far in November 2021, 418 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Ervin L Harrison, 54, was the only registered voter residing at 1042 Regina Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
