This home last sold on Feb. 8, 2019 for $121,500.

So far in December 2021, 208 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 1735 Carrahen Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Isaac Tyjon Simmons, 32, and Stephen J Sweatt, 36.
