Of the 302,687 people living in Cincinnati in 2020, 51.6 percent (156,165) were women and 48.4 percent (146,522) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Cincy Reporter.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 5,034. In the 65 and over age range, there were 22,027 females and 15,711 males.
