How did home prices perform in Cincinnati during April?

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Cincinnati rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 7.9 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 363 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - an 11.8 percent increase over the $170,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 394 homes sold in Cincinnati in April 2021.
