Miami Township median home prices rose by 23.6% in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Miami Township rose by $35,750 while total sales decreased by 10 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $187,000 - a 23.6 percent increase over the $151,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Miami Township in April 2021.
