Pricing for the median home in Anderson Township increased during May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Anderson Township rose by $70,750 while total sales increased by 17.4 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $303,250 - a 30.4 percent increase over the $232,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Anderson Township in May 2021.
