Congressman Greg Landsman, representing Ohio's 1st district, recently took to social media to discuss his political actions and community engagements. In a series of tweets, Landsman addressed significant issues including defending the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), highlighting personal stories related to healthcare costs, and engaging with constituents.

On March 2, 2025, Congressman Landsman announced his participation in an amicus brief alongside over 200 House Democrats aimed at defending the CFPB. He criticized congressional Republicans for their inaction, stating "We’re taking action on every front, including the courts, because congressional Republicans, who control everything, are doing nothing."

The following day, on March 3, 2025, Landsman shared that Ken Green from Southwest Ohio would be joining them for a Joint Address to Congress. Green has lived with Type 1 diabetes throughout his life and has experienced the impact of high prescription drug costs firsthand. The congressman emphasized the importance of sharing such personal stories by stating "There is so much to tackle right now, but we want to highlight Ken’s story."

Later on March 3rd, Congressman Landsman expressed gratitude towards residents of East Westwood for participating in a community discussion. He described it as a "thoughtful and productive community conversation."
