Congressman Greg Landsman, representing Ohio's 1st district since 2023, recently shared his perspectives on various issues via social media. Born in Cincinnati in 1976 and a graduate of Ohio University, Landsman has been an active voice in U.S. Congress.

On May 8, 2025, Congressman Landsman expressed criticism regarding legislative priorities. He stated that "The Speaker just had us vote to rename the Gulf of Mexico as retirement accounts are tanking, prices are up, and our small businesses are wondering if they can survive the trade war." He emphasized the need for bills addressing more pressing issues.

Later that day, he welcomed a significant religious milestone with optimism. He remarked on the election of Pope Leo XIV, noting it as "a historic moment as the first American pope." He expressed hope for leadership that inspires global compassion and inclusion.

In another post on May 8th, Landsman criticized certain political maneuvers concerning healthcare. He asserted that "Trump and congressional Republicans are working to rip healthcare away from millions of Americans", mentioning a discharge petition he signed to protect Medicaid.

Greg Landsman's current role follows his predecessor Steve Chabot's tenure in Congress.
