Greg Landsman invites public to virtual town hall and highlights bipartisan police recruitment bill

Congressman Greg Landsman, who represents Ohio’s 1st district in the U.S. Congress, posted a series of updates on his social media account on September 17, 2025, inviting constituents to participate in upcoming events and highlighting legislative efforts.

In a post dated September 17, 2025, Landsman invited residents to join an online event: "Join us after the Bengals game for a Virtual Town Hall this Sunday at 5pm. We'll share the latest updates from Congress and host a panel of experts who can help answer questions about recent legislation from DC and how it could affect your family here in SW Ohio." He provided an RSVP link in a subsequent message: "RSVP https://t.co/q9x81AoPvC".

Later that day, Landsman referenced new legislative work aimed at supporting local law enforcement: "On our latest bipartisan bill to help local law enforcement agencies recruit and retain more officers https://t.co/fpDiTKlVy7".

Landsman has served as the representative for Ohio's 1st congressional district since 2023, having succeeded Steve Chabot. Born in Cincinnati in 1976, he continues to reside there. He graduated from Ohio University with a bachelor's degree in 1999.
