Miami Township home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Miami Township rose by $53,750 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $294,000 - a 22.4% increase over the $240,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Miami Township in October 2017.
