Cost of college went up for all students at Art Academy of Cincinnati

Tuition and fees rose 6.9 percent for 2018-19 at Art Academy of Cincinnati, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Ohio students paid $33,450 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $2,160 more than the $31,290 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 100 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 30 students received grants or scholarships totaling $347,016 and 26 students took out student loans totaling more than $140,000.

Including all undergraduates (201), 175 students used grants or scholarships totaling $1.3 million, and 166 students took out $1.4 million in federal student loans.
