Norwood home prices fall in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Norwood fell by $49,000 while total sales increased by 65.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 58 homes sold, with a median sale price of $146,000 - a 25.1% decrease over the $195,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Norwood in October 2019.
