Cincinnati home prices rise in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Cincinnati rose by $35,000 while total sales increased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 434 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 29.2% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 341 homes sold in Cincinnati in October 2019.
