Delhi Township home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Delhi Township rose by $10,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 29 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 7.4% increase over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Delhi Township in November 2019, as well.
