Miami Township home prices fall in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Miami Township fell by $32,500 while total sales decreased by 41.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 15.3% decrease over the $212,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Miami Township in November 2019.
