Sycamore Township home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Sycamore Township rose by $128,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $278,500 - a 85.7% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Sycamore Township in November 2019.
