Kenwood home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Kenwood rose by $12,498 while total sales decreased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $367,498 - a 3.5% increase over the $355,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Kenwood in November 2019.
