The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Kate Schroder, Kate for Congress, refunded $2,800 to Rod Womer on July 23, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Kate for Congress refunded $4,600 total since February 1.
