On Sept. 16, Bill and Iva S. Richburg sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 3711 Bonfield Drive, Cincinnati to Myosha Thomas for $124,900.

The last time this home sold was Sept. 7, 2012. It last sold for $25,000.

So far in September 2021, 142 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 3711 Bonfield Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: William Nelson Nichols, 62, and Duanna D Duncan, 35.
