The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 115 Eggerding Drive, Lockland was sold on Sept. 17 by Vickie Asher for $170,000. The buyers were Stephen J. and April R Hoosier.

This property is one of four sales so far in Lockland in September 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Vickie L Asher (64) has been registered to vote since 2010.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
