On Sept. 13, Matthew Wilson purchased a two bedroom, three bathroom home at 1208 Louden St., Cincinnati from John Forrest Pratt for $700,000.

This home last sold for $196,400 on April 1, 2014.

So far in September 2021, 256 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were five registered voters residing at 1208 Louden St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Gregory Michael Ott, 46, Michael David Ganaway, 51, Jeffrey Michael Ott, 24, Drake Alexander Lightle, 52, and Amar P Shah, 29.
