On Sept. 21, Sfr3 AIC LLC sold their four bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 4954 Shirley Place, Cincinnati to Hermila Chun and Roberto Mazzariegos Domingo for $170,000.

The last time this home sold was Nov. 18, 2020. It last sold for $73,742.

So far in September 2021, 466 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 4954 Shirley Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Susan Appleby, 53, Mindy S Stamper, 33, and Kayla Ann Appleby, 24.
