The last time this home sold was April 25, 2018. It last sold for $215,000.

So far in September 2021, 466 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Sara H Rundle has been registered to vote since 2014.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 3629 Eaton Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Sara H Rundle, 28, Michael a Rundle, 61, and Ebou Jafuneh, 50.
