On Sept. 30, Michael Joseph Rothan purchased a property at 4559 Dry Ridge Road, Cincinnati from Richard J. Kautz Jr. and Rebecca J. Kautz for $170,000.

This property last sold for $119,000 on May 16, 2013.

So far in September 2021, 622 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Terri Lynn McGregor, 57, was the only registered voter residing at 4559 Dry Ridge Road as of Oct. 10, 2020.
