On Oct. 1, Ronald E Hall sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1521 Grove St., Cincinnati to HV Investments LLC for $35,000.

So far in October 2021, 19 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were six registered voters residing at 1521 Grove St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kenneth Lane Brown, 63, Desirey Renee Hughes, 43, Marvin Latrell Moore, 39, Kenneth Love Brown, 65, Bernice D Moore, 59, and Deborah Ann Moore, 37.
