On Oct. 7, Rof Evanston 1 LLC sold their five bedroom, two bathroom home at 1904 Hewitt Ave., Cincinnati to Seth Anthony and Kelly Jeanette Meucci for $345,000.

This home last sold on July 24, 2020 for $25,000.

So far in October 2021, 62 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 1904 Hewitt Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Marjorie Carol Bishop, 74, Marleen H Cabello, 42, and Jason K Ware, 42.
