This home last sold for $130,000 on Jan. 10, 2021.

So far in October 2021, 62 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were five registered voters residing at 1951 Mears Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kimberly S Baker, 56, Melba Marie Goodman, 33, Domanik S Willenbrink, 35, Shelly L McCane, 46, and Donna C Auxter, 70.
