On Oct. 1, Stephanie and Jeremy Smart sold their three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 6744 Britton Ave., Cincinnati to Erin Teresa Davis for $200,000.

This home last sold on Nov. 12, 2014 for $81,500.

So far in October 2021, 62 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Jeremy E Smart has been registered to vote since 2003. Stephanie D Smart has been registered to vote since 2003.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
