On Oct. 1, Amelia Smith sold their two bedroom, one bathroom home at 3946 Weber Place, Cincinnati to Cyntra S Chambers for $110,000.

So far in October 2021, 143 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Amelia Smith (83) has been registered to vote since 2002.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
