The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 2066 Sevenhills Drive, Cincinnati was sold on Oct. 8 by Bernardette Evans for $144,000. The buyers were Jose L. Esteves and Shakira Marie Pena Lopez Gonzalez.

So far in October 2021, 143 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Bernardette Evans has been registered to vote since 1995.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 2066 Sevenhills Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Vincent Martin, 39, and Bernardette Evans, 58.
