On Oct. 1, Legion Investments LLC purchased a commercial property at 3430 Price Ave., Cincinnati from Cincy Property Care LLC for $525,000.

This commercial property last sold for $245,000 on May 3, 2018.

So far in October 2021, 143 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were six registered voters residing at 3430 Price Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Andrea Nichole Dorsey, 35, Karlos Copeland, 49, Brandie Lynn Crank, 40, Sherrie P Rinear, 33, Fred C Copeland, 49, and Scott Kirby McQueen, 51.
