On Oct. 5, Alan Edward Garrison purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 6704 Bramble Ave., Cincinnati from Jennifer A. Tsocaris for $265,000.

This home last sold on Dec. 4, 2017 for $185,000.

So far in October 2021, 131 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Jennifer a Tsocaris has been registered to vote since 2012.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 6704 Bramble Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jennifer a Tsocaris, 39, and Moira Cornell Knitter, 41.
