On Oct. 22, Vadim Abdrakhmanov purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 206 Hastings St., Cincinnati from Justin A. Jones for $138,500.

This home last sold for $40,000 on April 1, 2008.

So far in October 2021, 349 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Alan M Granger, 49, was the only registered voter residing at 206 Hastings St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
