The four bedroom, two bathroom home at 5509 Tompkins Ave., Cincinnati was sold on Nov. 15 by Aem Services the LLC for $360,000. The buyers were Franklin and Megan Busch.

This home last sold for $80,000 on Sept. 22, 2020.

So far in November 2021, 312 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Shayla Maarie Walker, 37, was the only registered voter residing at 5509 Tompkins Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
