Congressman Greg Landsman, representing Ohio's 1st district since 2023, has recently expressed his concerns over healthcare legislation through a series of tweets. These messages highlight the potential impact of proposed changes to healthcare and economic policies in the United States.

On July 3, 2025, Congressman Landsman tweeted about an upcoming vote concerning healthcare access for millions of Americans. He stated, "This vote is the next hurdle to determine whether 17 million people lose their healthcare. It’s not a hard choice. Kill the bill."

Later that day, he emphasized the severity of the situation by tweeting about the consequences for hospitals if certain measures are enacted. At 14:34 UTC, he wrote, "This. Hospitals will close. It’s not hyperbole. It’s happening. We need 4 to vote no on the largest cut to healthcare ever. FOUR."

In another tweet posted at 19:04 UTC on July 3, Congressman Landsman criticized a budget bill passed by Congressional Republicans. He described it as "the largest transfer of wealth from working families to the wealthiest Americans in U.S. history," and mentioned that there are "10 terrible things in their budget bill that will impact you."

Greg Landsman was born in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1976 and currently resides there. He graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1999.
