Congressman Greg Landsman, who has represented Ohio's 1st district since 2023, recently shared his thoughts and updates through a series of tweets. The congressman, who succeeded Steve Chabot, has been vocal about several key issues facing the nation.

On July 3, 2025, Landsman emphasized the need for continued efforts in several areas: "The fight doesn’t end here. We have to keep working to restore healthcare, protect food assistance, and bring back clean energy jobs. All of that can be done by fixing the tax code to make the wealthiest pay their fair share. Until we fix this, this has to be our focus." Link

In another tweet on the same day, he expressed concern over fiscal matters related to a legislative bill: "10. Adds $3.3 trillion to the deficit – up from $2.4 trillion in the original bill. This bill has gotten worse as time has gone on." Link

On July 4th, Landsman took a moment to extend greetings on Independence Day with a simple message: "Happy 4th, SW Ohio!" Link

Landsman's tenure in Congress is marked by his focus on economic reforms and social welfare improvements. Born in Cincinnati in 1976 and an alumnus of Ohio University with a BA earned in 1999, he continues to reside in his hometown while serving his constituents.
