Congressman Greg Landsman, who represents Ohio’s 1st district in the U.S. Congress, addressed issues related to healthcare access and youth innovation in a series of posts on September 17, 2025.
In a post at 18:29 UTC, Landsman commented on vaccine accessibility, stating, "Making vaccines harder to get means Americans will get sick…very, very sick."
Later that day at 19:42 UTC, he highlighted an initiative for young people in Southwest Ohio: "Happy National App Challenge Day! Young innovators across SW Ohio can shape the future of technology. Submit your app to the Congressional App Challenge by 10/30. https://t.co/jVSEVsmxj5 https://t.co/ZtF0DKH8tA"
At 22:23 UTC, Landsman discussed efforts to restore hospital funding. He wrote, "Last night we offered an amendment to restore the hospital funding they cut. This is healthcare that millions of Ohioans rely on, yet the majority voted it down. But they know we’ll keep fighting until everyone’s healthcare is protected. We have to win this fight."
Landsman has represented Ohio’s 1st District since 2023 after succeeding Steve Chabot. Born in Cincinnati in 1976 and a graduate of Ohio University in 1999 with a BA degree, he continues to reside in Cincinnati while serving his constituents.
