Congressman Greg Landsman, who represents Ohio’s 1st district in the U.S. Congress, recently addressed several issues through a series of posts on his official Twitter account.

On September 24, 2025, Landsman acknowledged the challenges many people are facing online and in daily life. He wrote, "This has been an extraordinarily difficult time, and I know that many people are struggling with what they are seeing, and reading online. I get it."

Later that day, he turned to the topic of prescription drug costs and legislative efforts to address them. In a post at 19:53 UTC on September 24, Landsman stated: "We have to get the cost of Rx drugs down…here’s one way:

Let doctors swap in safe, lower-cost, similar versions of medicines like insulin, arthritis drugs, and cancer treatments so folks can get the care they need for less - which is what our new bipartisan bill does."

The following day, on September 25, Landsman commented on ethical standards for government officials regarding access to military records. He posted: "Government officials should never use their power to access military records just to give them to their political allies in order to hurt their political opponents.

This is very wrong."

Landsman has served as the U.S. Representative for Ohio's 1st District since 2023 after replacing Steve Chabot. Born in Cincinnati in 1976 and currently residing there at age 46, he graduated from Ohio University with a BA in 1999.
