Blue Ash Police to teach free women’s self-defense class

Registration is underway for the Blue Ash Police Department’s women’s unarmed self-defense course.

Blue Ash’s Self-defense Awareness Fundamental Education (S.A.F.E.) is a free, five-week intense class teaching unarmed women how to strike, escape chokes, and defend themselves on the ground.

The classes will be held on Sundays from 6:00 -7:30 p.m., February 19, 26, and March 5, 12, and 19, at Ahns Taekwondo, 11100 Kenwood Road, Blue Ash.
