Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22 (F)
The Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Deer Park, Ohio shall meet on Monday, the 6th day of March, 2023, at SIX P.M., in the City Council Chambers of the Deer Park Municipal Building, located at 7777 Blue Ash Rd, Deer Park, Ohio.
The purpose of said hearing and meeting shall be to consider the following variance request:
- 3925 Matson Ave (corner lot): variance request for fence height: 4 feet high in the front yard of the side street. Zoning allows for 3 foot high maximum in front yards.
