Greg Landsman, a U.S. Congressman representing Ohio’s 1st District since 2023, has been vocal about several pressing issues through his social media presence. Recently, he addressed concerns related to rising rent costs and prescription drug expenses while also commenting on the nominations made by former President Trump.

On December 3, 2024, Congressman Landsman highlighted the growing issue of rent increases surpassing wage growth. He announced the introduction of the Tax Relief for Renters Act, stating that it would enable "millions to deduct one month's rent from their taxes," thereby providing financial relief to working families for essential needs such as groceries and emergencies. "Rent is rising faster than wages, & people are struggling."

The following day, on December 4, 2024, Landsman turned his attention to prescription drug costs which he described as "out of control." He participated in a bipartisan event outside the Capitol aimed at holding Pharmacy Benefit Managers accountable. The proposed PBM Accountability Act was mentioned as a measure designed to save seniors significant amounts on prescriptions. "Prescription drug costs are out of control."

On December 5, 2024, Congressman Landsman made a brief comment regarding nominees appointed by former President Donald Trump. His tweet simply stated: "Three things several of Trump's nominees have in common." However, he did not elaborate further within the tweet itself.
