Congressman Greg Landsman, who represents Ohio’s 1st district in the U.S. Congress, recently addressed several national and international issues on his Twitter account.
On July 29, 2025, Landsman commented on the ongoing conflict involving Israel and Hamas. He stated, "The dynamic of our collective, international voices must shift. The Israeli government can and must do more, but the free pass that too many have given to Hamas, the UN and UNRWA, Qatar and Iran must end. This is the best way out of this terrible nightmare."
Later that day, Landsman referenced ongoing controversies related to Jeffrey Epstein by posting, "Unprecedented measures to further the Epstein cover up... https://t.co/P1pCc8HKIT" on July 29.
On July 30, 2025, he criticized recent federal budget decisions affecting agricultural and social programs. Landsman wrote, "They cut $1B in funding that goes to our farmers and to feed our children and the most vulnerable. This administration continuously takes from hardworking folks so they can give to the wealthiest Americans. https://t.co/LYkktAGfw9"
Landsman has served as a U.S. Congressman for Ohio’s 1st District since replacing Steve Chabot in 2023. Born in Cincinnati in 1976, he continues to reside there today. He graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1999.
