Congressman Greg Landsman, who represents Ohio’s 1st district in the U.S. Congress, recently addressed several issues through his official Twitter account, including support for military aspirants, government data transparency, and voting rights.

On August 6, 2025, Landsman announced upcoming opportunities for students interested in military careers: "Our office is proud to support the next generation of military leaders with TWO upcoming events for students interested in attending a U.S. Service Academy or joining an ROTC program. RSVP: https://t.co/Y9ANuhRWz5 https://t.co/tZrGYOhclC".

Later that day, he emphasized the importance of public trust in governmental information: "People should be able to trust the data coming out of our government agencies. Joined @Rep_Whitesides on this important bill. https://t.co/3UvXlf4OpW" (August 6, 2025).

In a subsequent post reflecting on federal voting legislation, Landsman stated: "For 60 years since its passage, the Voting Rights Act has been undermined by politicians trying to make decisions on behalf of voters. It's time to pass the John Lewis Voting Rights Act, get rid of partisan gerrymandering, and give power back to the people." (August 6, 2025).

Landsman succeeded Steve Chabot as representative of Ohio’s 1st district in 2023 and has since focused on various legislative priorities from his Cincinnati base.
