On February 19, 2025, Congressman Landsman announced that the Social Security Fairness Act had been passed to ensure public retirees receive their full Social Security benefits. He stated, "We passed the Social Security Fairness Act to ensure public retirees receive their full Social Security benefits. Now, we’re pushing the Social Security Administration to deliver on the promises of the bipartisan Social Security Fairness Act. No delays."

In another tweet on the same day, Landsman expressed concern over foreign policy strategies involving Russia. He remarked that such actions could serve as a pretext for appeasing Russian President Vladimir Putin. His tweet read: "This lie will be the pretext for appeasing Putin. Appeasing dictators didn’t work in Europe in the 1930s, and it won’t work now. This is a Russia First move."

Later that day, he informed constituents about an upcoming event aimed at assisting them with federal agency navigation. The event was scheduled for February 25th at the Corryville Public Library from 10 am to 2 pm ET. He tweeted: "Our team will be in Corryville next week to help folks navigate federal agencies. Join us at the Corryville Public Library on February 25th from 10am - 2pm ET."
