Congressman Greg Landsman, representing Ohio's 1st district, recently took to social media to express his views on various pressing issues. The posts reflect his commitment to serving his constituents and addressing national concerns.

On May 15, 2025, Congressman Landsman emphasized the importance of removing members of Congress from stock trading activities. He stated that this would help eliminate the influence of outside corporate interests on legislative decisions. He expressed a desire for transparency in his work by saying, "I don’t want a single constituent to think that I’m doing anything in DC but thinking about them."

Later that day, he criticized proposed legislation that would impact healthcare and food assistance programs. He noted the negative consequences of such actions by stating, "They know cutting healthcare for nearly 14 million Americans, taking $230 billion from people’s food assistance, and adding $2T to the debt is terrible." He concluded with a firm stance against the bill by urging others to "Kill the bill."

In another post on May 15, 2025, Congressman Landsman highlighted local talent in Southwest Ohio through an art competition. He praised Madison, a student from Cincinnati Public Schools (CPS), who won the 2025 Congressional Art Competition. Her artwork was commended for capturing the theme of technology intersecting with humanity. Landsman's admiration was evident as he remarked, "Southwest Ohio artists are so talented."

Congressman Greg Landsman has been serving in Congress since replacing Steve Chabot in 2023. Born in Cincinnati in 1976 and holding a BA from Ohio University since 1999, he continues to reside in Cincinnati while representing Ohio's 1st District.
