Congressman Greg Landsman, who represents Ohio’s 1st district in the U.S. Congress, posted a series of updates on his social media account this week highlighting both local community events and legislative developments.

On August 11, 2025, Landsman shared his experience attending a cultural event in Cincinnati: "Had a great time at the Hindu Temple of Greater Cincinnati for the annual Taste of India festival— the delicious food, music, and welcoming community are what make SW Ohio so special. https://t.co/VKM41bskPP"

The following day, August 12, 2025, he commented on proposed legislation regarding healthcare and taxation: "This bill is the largest transfer of wealth from the poorest to the richest — ever. 15 million Americans will lose their healthcare while the super-wealthy and big corporate investors get huge tax cuts. https://t.co/0joTNL2i0q"

Later that same day, he encouraged constituents to participate in an upcoming event by posting: "Register for the @CongressionalAC: https://t.co/pmko2nTa4v"

Landsman has represented Ohio’s 1st District since 2023 after succeeding Steve Chabot in Congress. Born in Cincinnati in 1976 and currently residing there, Landsman is an alumnus of Ohio University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1999.
